Our thermal processing is optimized to enhance the structural integrity of high-tonnage press parts, including Tie Rods, Press Nuts, and Main Containers. With a maximum temperature capacity of 1400°C and a load volume of up to 100 tons per charge, our facilities can accommodate massive extrusion press pillars up to 25 meters in length.
Designed for flexibility, our furnaces are available with electric or gas-fired (NG, LPG, LNG) heating options. Equipped with high-precision PLC control systems, they ensure uniform heat distribution within a strict tolerance of ±5°C. Furthermore, our models featuring recuperators prioritize energy efficiency to reduce operational costs while maintaining peak performance. We provide the essential heat treatment that prevents structural fatigue and ensures your press reaches its maximum lifespan safely.
